Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
PostRunner is a service operated by Juan Limberg Hernández del Río, in Mexico. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use PostRunner.
2. The service
PostRunner helps you draft with artificial intelligence, schedule, publish and measure content on the social media accounts you connect. Available features depend on your plan and on what each network allows.
3. Third-party networks
When you connect a network you remain subject to its own rules: Meta's Terms and Community Standards (Facebook, Instagram, Threads), and those of TikTok, X and Bluesky. By using the YouTube features you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. PostRunner is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of those companies.
4. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for what is done with your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Your content
- What you publish is yours and your responsibility. You decide what gets approved and, if you turn on automatic publishing, you accept that it goes out without prior review.
- Artificial intelligence can make mistakes. Review what gets published, especially facts, figures and names.
- Only upload or clip videos that are yours or that you have the right to use. You give us permission to process them to provide the service.
6. Prohibited uses
You may not use PostRunner to:
- Spam, fake engagement, or post near-identical text across many accounts to mislead the networks.
- Impersonate another person or brand.
- Knowingly spread false information, hate speech or illegal content.
- Infringe copyrights, trademarks or the privacy of others.
- Circumvent the networks' limits or rules, or attempt to break the service.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules or the networks' rules.
7. Plans and payments
Some plans are paid. The price, what each plan includes and its billing period are shown before you subscribe. If a payment fails, the service may be paused until it is settled.
8. Availability and liability
We provide the service «as is» and do our best to keep it available, but there may be interruptions, and networks may change or limit their APIs at any time. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost followers, revenue or data, or for actions a network takes on your account.
9. Termination
You can stop using PostRunner and delete your account at any time (see how to delete your data). If we shut the service down, we will give you reasonable notice so you can export your data.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; important changes will be announced in the dashboard or by email. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States.
