How to delete your data

You can remove PostRunner's access to your networks and ask us to delete your data at any time.

1. From the PostRunner dashboard

• Go to Accounts, open the account you want to remove and choose «Delete». Its access tokens and settings are deleted.
• Before leaving, you can export your data from the dashboard.

2. From each network

• Facebook and Instagram: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or «Apps and websites») → PostRunner → Remove.
• YouTube / Google: myaccount.google.com/permissions → PostRunner → Remove access.
• TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security → Apps and services → PostRunner → Remove access.
• X, Threads and Bluesky: Revoke the access or app password from each network's security settings.

3. Ask us to delete everything

Write to hernandezdelriojuan@postrunner.app from your account's email, with the subject «Delete my data». We will confirm receipt and delete your PostRunner account, tokens, history, metrics and files within 30 days. If you removed access from Facebook, you can also ask us this way to delete what we already had.
